ARREST WARRANT ISSUED FOR FLOYD MAYWEATHER JR.
For those looking to see Mayweather and Pacquiao they may have to wait a little longer. A judge in Las Vegas has issued a warrant for World Champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. and the boxer could face up to six months in jail!
In an incident stemming from a parking ticket, Mayweather was arrested for poking a security guard in the face last month. Witnesses say that Floyd was irate after receiving two parking tickets outside his home in Las Vegas. The warrant was reissued after prosecutors complained that Floyd had been receiving “preferential treatment.”
First I agree with the prosecutors, and second: WHY IN THE HELL DOES FLOYD MAYWEATHER CARE THAT HE RECEIVED TWO PARKING TICKETS!?! With all the You Tube videos and HBO specials, at the rate he flashes and spends money, you’d think it was losing currency!
But I know what this is about: HIS EGO! As the prosecutor cited, he wanted preferential treatment and perhaps the security guard wasn’t having it? At any rate, I’ll keep you guys posted as details develop.
