POPEYE’S RUNS OUT OF CHICKEN!!! (CUSTOMER BACKLASH)
You know somewhere there’s a bunch of white people LTAO (Laughing Their Asses Off) at the reaction by customers (notice they were all black) at the announcement of Popeye’s running out of chicken. Apparently there was a $4.99 special and (on this particular day) Popeye’s ran out of their supply. Funny or Sad, depending on how you look at it, the situation caused an epidemic.
The story was so funny that it spawned its own episode on A. Mcgruder’s animated television series The Boondocks. If you missed it, all parts are featured below. HILAROUS!!!

DMX RELEASED FROM PRISON
Anyone who knows me knows how much I ride with the DARK MAN X! Which is why it bothers me that he’s constantly involved in so much trouble. After serving another jail stint, Yonkers breed rapper Earl Simmons was released yesterday from a Los Angeles jail in which he served a short prison stint for violating probation. He served 18 days for a 90 day charge that stemmed from reckless driving dating back to 2002. The rapper turned himself over to authorities July 26th after serving time in Arizona for testing positive for cocaine violating his probation. “My relationship with god is so much stronger,” DMX told TMZ.com the day he went into prison. “He’s always had his hand on me. He always guided me. I didn’t always go where he wanted me to go. But he always had me. Now that I’m actually listening and being obedient, life is so much better.” DMX is recording new material with producer Dame Grease, who has crafted numerous hits for the rapper, as well as artists like The Lox, LL Cool J, Mary J. Blige, Nas and others. PERSONALLY I wish DMX all the best and prays he surrounds himself with people who have his best interests.

KANYE DEBUTS NEW SINGLE, K-ROD MELTDOWN?
Rapper Kanye West sat down yesterday with NYC’s own Angie Martinez on the HOT97 radio show. During the interview, Kanye was “Kanye” asking Angie at one point to turn the music off because it was a distraction and he wanted to focus on her words. The interview was revealing as he explained why he reacts to certain situations the way he does. He expressed that prior to his mother dying, he never had a break from Hip-Hop. After taking some time off from his VMA’s outburst, he admittedly reported taking up an internship at FENDI in Rome. When asked why he would do something like that he responded with “I wanted to do what normal people do” He also revealed to Angie that his main problem with the media was the misinterpretation of his words and character. Saying that “the fans never got to know the real me” For example, he explained if he made a joke, it would get lost in the edit by the journalists and editors. He also shared his NEW passion for Twitter and how he’s able to express himself freely without being misunderstood. I reported a couple of days ago that he was going to release his next single in the next 20 days. Well it hasn’t been a full week and his next single See Me Now debuted on the Angie Martinez Show. As predicted, the track features Charlie Wilson, Beyonce, and production by heavy weight producers No ID & Lex Luger! I have to tell you, for those who haven’t heard it yet, the track is HOTTT!!! This is shaping up to be an INCREDIBLE album as Kanye looks to change his image and change the game!!!

As the NY Mets continues to implode, we had another NYC Meltdown this week as the Mets reliever was reportedly arrested last night in the assault of his father-in-law. The blowup came just minutes after the Mets’ bullpen cost the team another game in the eighth inning, and Jerry Manuel opted not to use Rodriguez for a four-out save, going with Manny Acosta instead. No one knows what led up to the dispute but it is confirmed that the reliever is charged with third degree assault in regards to the incident. I will keep you guys posted as this story develops!
LADY LOSSES IT OVER MCNUGGETS
I’m beginning to wonder if there is a Full Moon or some type of Celestial Alignment because people are losing their minds! Security cameras catch a local Ohio woman losing it after she is denied Chicken McNuggets at 6:30 in the morning! Although the incident happened earlier in the year, the tapes were finally released being (public records) and shows the lady having a fit after being told that they were serving breakfast. She immediately went into a rage, striking employees, even going as far to break the glass window. The lady was sentenced to 60 days in jail last month and ordered to pay for the broken window. Sheesh!
