French Montana Signs With Bad Boy

There’s been a lot of Free Agent signing in the world of sports, and now Hip-Hop has announced its OFFICIAL signing by way of Bad Boy! South Bronx native French Montana is the NEWEST addition to the Bad Boy family. 

The announcement came via a 106 & Park appearance. In October, Montana revealed that Diddy was interested in signing him. Then came the Shot Caller Remix featuring the Hip-Hop mogul himself.

Now all the speculation is put to rest. French Montana is a Bad Boy and Hip Hop heads are shaking their heads going WTF!?! Given the shady history of Bad Boy and it’s “Here Today, Gone Tomorrow” artists, it makes you wonder how SWEET the deal really was?

Montana who was formerly signed with Akon, and then managed briefly by Debra Antney (Waka Flocka Mom) came to terms with Bad Boy. In a recent interview with NYC Power 105.1 The Breakfast Club, Montana revealed he was making more money independently versus label offers.

But is this the best move for his career?
