So the rapper known as “Lil B” tells the world he has AIDS, well not quite. See his latest ploy to get people talking again.
California rapper Lil B born Brandon McCartney has decided to tell the world he has AIDS. No he is not actually infected with the virus, but he’s opted to rap about it. I don’t know what the message is in this song, but clearly he’s an attention whore! He certainly knows how to get the people talking!
