Graphic Footage: San Francisco Police Shoot Teenage Over $2 Dollar Bus Fare!
A senseless shooting in San Fransico this weekend resulted in the death of a local teen. When he ran, police reportedly opened fired after he tried to beat a $2 dollar bus fare! Warning the footage is graphic!
Onlookers were able to capture footage after San Francisco police shot a 19-year-old male. In the footage you can see that he’s still alive as he struggles to get up.
At 4:44pm police encountered the man during the city’s ‘violent reduction effort’ but the only violence appeared to be committed was against this young man. According to police the suspect fled after officers detained the man where he drew a gun. He then shot at the officers when police returned fire fatally wounding the young man.
Witnesses tell a different story. They tell the media that he never had a gun and that the teen was shot in the back as he was running. Onlookers are heard screaming on the video “Where’s the gun?” repeatedly as the young man lays in the street wounded and dying.
The man was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 7:01 p.m. While police were conducting interviews, citizens shouted “Liar!” and “Killer!” during the press conference. The story is still developing but it appears to be another senseless act of violence that resulted in the death of another minority.
