Jon Stewart Defends Common On Bill O’Reilly

It was time for FOX news anchor Bill O’Reilly to face the music, and The Daily Show Jon Stewart put the KABOSH on the whole Common debate illustrating the point “Isn’t there more important things to be concerned with?”

I enjoyed the banter between Jon Stewart and Bill O’Reilly this week. The two finally came face to face and Jon exposed FOX, Bill O’Reilly, and conservatives for being the contradictory, selective, anal group of people that they are.

Jon’s main defense {which was also highlighted on the blogsite restoringtruthiness} wasn’t Common celebrating the achievements of cop killers {as previously accused}, but his beliefs in them being wrongfully convicted.

As an American he has the right to express his opinions. Even when Jon called out the contradiction of Bono writing a song about a convicted cop killer, the stumped host hovered over Common’s trip to Cuba.

REALLY BILL O’REILLY!?!

Look, this was an attack that should’ve never been an issue. Conservatives picked the wrong guy they knew nothing about and looked bad in their attempt at a smear campaign. Jon obviously TRUMPED O’Reilly this time, but Bill is intelligent.

Perhaps if they did a little bit more research on who Common really is, they wouldn’t have looked so stupid to begin with!
