Kobe Bryant Will Miss The Rest of the Playoffs!!!
Say it isn’t so! We had confirmation via ESPN on Twitter {before it was removed} that Kobe Bryant will miss the remaining games of the playoffs due to a severe ankle sprain!
I was doing my thing on Twitter (as I normally do) when I checked my timeline and saw that! Since then ESPN has taken down the Tweet which tells me 2 things:
1) They got OFFICIAL confirmation that Kobe’s injury is serious and they’re not ready to leak.
2) The information was unverified.
I’m hoping for the latter. At any rate, Kobe suffered a serious injury in last night’s loss to the New Orleans Hornets. If there is any truth to this report, not only is Kobe’s season over, so is the LA Lakers!
Laker fans better have the Kleenex ready because this could be the end of a dynasty. Phil Jackson has already confirmed that this will be his last season in LA win or lose.
Certainly not a good way to go out!

Chris has broken stories before which makes me believe this report has some legs.
