DJ Mister Cee Arrest Confirmed By New York State Unified Court System?

Earlier we told you that HOT 97 dismissed the rumors of their DJ Mister Cee being arrested over a lewd act with a 20-year-old, well according to some legal filings, could this be more FACT than FICTION?

The New York State Unified Court System (which I’m familiar with) has an open case online with Calvin Lebrun aka Mister Cee which includes the case #, arrest date, and next appearance.

According to the case, the incident runs parallel to the story posted by HollywoodStreetKings.com with an arrest on March 30th, 2011 and an upcoming hearing on June 1st, 2011.

Again, all this information is pending and “alleged” sources, so I and DABXBLOGGER isn’t confirming any of this as the truth! Hopefully we will get a statement from Mister Cee himself or his attorney at some point to verify the contents of this story.
