So for those of you who may not know who this woman is, Dr. Laura Schlessinger who’s had a syndicated radio talk show is quitting at the end of the year once her contract is up. The controversy started last week when speaking to a black female caller (about interracial dating) dropping the N-BOMB 11 times! After coming under fire, Dr. Schlessinger immediately apologized the next day saying:

“I was attempting to make a philosophical point, and I articulated the N-word all the way out — more than one time. And that was wrong. I’ll say it again — that was wrong.”

(Real Meaning: I thought I was cool enough to use the word with black people “apparently not” and I was wrong for saying it)

More recently (in a televised interview last night on LARRY KING LIVE) she talked about quitting her radio talk show in order to regain her “First Amendment Rights”. She went on to say:

“I want to be able to say what’s on my mind and in my heart and what I think is helpful and useful without somebody getting angry, some special interest group deciding this is the time to silence a voice of dissent and attack affiliates, attack sponsors. I’m sort of done with that.”

(Real Meaning: I want to express myself, say whatever I want without the NIGGERS getting angry. I want to speak openly in closed-door forums and organize speakeasies to express my views!)

On his show this morning, shock jock radio host Howard Stern went IN on the doctor about her contradictions and false delusions of grandeur! For the most part, Stern was correct in his assessment of the situation. In my opinion, if you felt that your rights were violated, you should have never apologized to begin with!

So apparently bed bugs have invaded and NYC’s AMC Theatre (Times Sq. location) are hosts to the guests. A woman by the name of Kathryn Prior claimed to have been bitten over 12 times by the bugs before “officially” knowing what they were. In a statement Ms. Prior was quoted as saying “I lifted up my arm and I said I got all the bites, and they immediately looked at each other,” she said. “I didn’t even say bed bugs and they just said they did have bed bugs in the theater.” AMC officials acknowledged the problem and said they’ve been dealing with the pests since Aug. 3rd. AMC Empire was closed on Tuesday in order to treat the problem and will be open again on Wednesday. AMC is planning to repeat the process again in two weeks. Seeing I’ve been to this theatre multiple times, I see myself staying clear from this place for some time! :Sheesh:
