MIAMI HEAT PLAYER BUSTED ON DRUG CHARGES

The season hasn’t even started yet and Heat players are getting more headlines than Lindsay Lohan on a slow day. Miami Heat power forward Udonis Haslem was arrested today for marijuana possession, speeding, and if that wasn’t enough, tinted windows. After doing 78mph in a 60mph zone, Haslem was pulled over by a state trooper and had his 2008 Mercedes-Benz searched after the officer smelled marijuana. Upon discovery of the illegal substance, Haslem and his passenger Antwan Fleming were immediately arrested and taken to Dade County jail Sunday night. The power forward could face punishment via the leagues anti-drug program. If a player pleads guilty, no contest or is convicted of using or possessing marijuana, he is required to enter the league’s marijuana program. The Miami Heat officials were unavailable for comment at the present time. With all the controversy surrounding this team, they may have to change their names to the Miami Mob!!! :Sheesh:
